Dear Delegates and Coordinators,
Greetings from AC School !
We are delighted to welcome you to our campus for the ACMUN sessions on Friday and Saturday. Kindly adhere to the following parking and entry guidelines to ensure smooth movement and coordination:
Bus Entry & Parking :
1. Entry: All school buses must enter through Gate No. 1 or Gate No. 2 .
2. Drop-off Point : Buses should proceed directly to the football ground , entering through the designated passage near the PU College basketball court . Students are to be dropped off here.
3. Post Drop-off : All buses must exit the campus by 8:45 AM. No bus parking is allowed within the campus . Buses may park under the nearby flyover .
4. Pick-up : In the evening, buses may re-enter through Gate No. 1 and wait near Gate No. 1 only after 4:30 PM .
Car Entry & Parking:
All cars should enter through Gate No. 1 and may be parked in the Tennis Court area .
